Our Visit to the US of A!

That’s right!

We’re coming back to the states this summer for 5 weeks! We could not be more excited to see our family and friends, eat some really yummy food, hang out in over air conditioned buildings and attend a conference with many of our co-workers at the end of our time. It’s going to be a whirlwind trip, but we wanted you to know when we’re available to see people.

June 15: We board a plane in the middle of the night in India and travel for roughly 24 hours before we land in Houston in the evening on the same day (thanks International Date Line!).

June 16-20: We’ll be in Houston for this week with Adam’s family. If you live in or near the area we have flexibility with our schedule during this time*. On June 20 we will be attending Adam’s 10 Year High School Reunion. Adam is really excited to connect with old friends and I’m (just being honest here) a little nervous to be in a room full of people I’ve never met before. It should be fun though!

*June 19 we are making a quick day trip to Waco to do a training for a fellow co-worker. It will be a quick, turn around trip but we do get to see my family (YAY!).

June 21-July 1: This will be our biggest stretch of time in Waco! How we have missed this city! #wacofeelslikehome We do have family and out of town friends coming to visit during this time, so please let us know if you’d like to get some time with us. We are working on planning a come-and-go party which would be a great time to come hug our necks! When the date and time is set, we’ll communicate with you via this blog and email.

July 1-5: We’re back in Houston! Again, our schedule is flexible during this time so let us know if you’re free and nearby!

July 6-17: These two weeks will be spent in the glorious mountains of Colorado for a work conference. We sadly won’t be able to meet with anyone during this time, but we are excited to meet with many of our co-workers and breathe in some refreshing mountain air!

June 18-20: Our last couple days in the states we’ll spend between Waco and Houston. I see us probably stocking up on yummy American products we can’t find in India and saying goodbye to our sweet families.

June 20: We board a plane to head back to India! Why can’t India and America be closer?!
