    Having ADHD and the spontaneous kicks in, isn’t a really good combination. For two days i have had these spontaneous moments. People might think “oh, you went to the town all spontaneously ” or something..



    No..



    I wish it was that.


    But what i did on these two days is far from that.

    The light doesn’t make the hair justice.  The hair at the scalp is more bright purple.



    And i don’t know what can happen tomorrow. Two days already.. Will something happen tomorrow?




    So, i got a second nose piercing yesterday and this morning I all off the sudden got the urge to due my hair purple… plus eyebrows.

    Day 1; second nose piercing

    Day 2; Purple hair & purple eyebrows

    Day 3; to be continue? 💀


    Midlife crisis? Not really. People would probably think that but this is one side of my ADHD at its full glory and I can not stop the urge.

    So tomorrow will probably be me, my brain and ADHD;

    ADHD: I have an idea!
    Me: No, can we just not have a calm and relax8ng day today?
    ADHD: I SAID I HAVE AN IDEA!. 🥲😂

    So tomorrow will be an..interesting day. Let’s see what will happen 🥲 I pray to God that my brain don’t kick in the high shift gear of ADHD
