› A Weekend in Snapshots
Let’s try to make a weekend recap every weekend. It might be difficult, but I’ll try. It would actually be fun to look back and see what I’ve been doing. Lol!
This weekend (July 5–7th, 2026) has not been anything special. Sweden’s National Day was yesterday, so E and I had meat, fries, and of course, veggies!
Long story short — my weekend in a few words:
Laundry ● Grocery shopping ● Soap bubbles ● Football in the basement hallways ● Migraine ● Sweden’s National Day ● Trying a new smoothie recipe ● Home spa
Grocery shopping: expensive as hell (sorry!) — $80 for THIS. < Link
Friday: meetings and snapshots of random things.
Saturday: playing football with E in the hallways in the basement. Oh man… We played for so long while waiting for each load of laundry. – spa night at home.
Sunday / Today: a chill-ish day. I played with M and basement football again, but sadly I had to leave for a while while M stayed home because I had a massive migraine. (I still have it, but it has calmed down a little so I can at least write this.)
And yes… grocery shopping again today—$70. WHY!? On what!? Just the watermelon alone cost me $12.
Other things I did this weekend: I finally had a little spa night. Face masks, cleansing, serums, moisturizer—the whole shebang, felt so good. Honestly, I do not remember the last time I did that, but it has been a long time.
Smoothie talk! Normally I make smoothies with frozen berries and milk (plus protein powder), but after a few minutes it always turns into some weird mug cake texture if I do not drink it immediately. So I Googled different ideas and found one saying to defrost the berries first and use water with just a little milk.
I tried that—except I used a vanilla milkshake protein shake instead of milk—and oh my God… it was delicious. And thick!
Raspberries, mangoes, and strawberries with a vanilla milkshake protein shake (sugar-free).
10/10 honestly. This is pretty much a little bit of my weekend. Nothing fancy or entertaining – haha!

› ADHD, School and reactions because I am..
Hello my beautiful people! I hope you all is doing good today. Having a beautiful and wonderful monday. I wish you all a good and fantastic week to catch your goals and dreams!
I’m curently in school and while my teacher is repeats last week’s class for those who wasn’t here so I’m writing this post. Sneaky sneaky!
On this class earlier we got information where we gonna be on our practice week we have in this education for this semester. We also got information and signed papers about being secrecy (is that right word? of what happens at the location and with the children. I asked if I had permission to blog due to the fact that I am a blogger. The teacher said I could as long as I didn’t expose the children or location but we both agreed on the point that I’m not gonna blog about my experience but we’ll see. I’ll ask my supervisor to be 100% sure. I will not talk abour the children, teachers etc but maybe I can write about the activitites we do such as if we go to the forest or anything other fun activitites.
I’m really excited about this week but also nervous and I’m looking forward to learn more about how the preschool I’m gonna be at works, how the teachers teach the children and see how much the children learns.
Funny part that is happening right now is that I’m writing this post while listening to the teacher and the class. The classmates is looking at me when I write due to the fact that I am not looking on the screen or the keyboard when I write this when I’m not looking.
I’ll blog more later when the class is over and we have lunch. Hopefully I have something new to blog about but we’ll see. Haha!
Short post but I wante to pop in here and tell you all a little bit of the current moment. Also I want to wish you all a wonderful day !Yes this post may have wrong spellings and wrong grammers due to that I’m writing on the laptop in wchool and don’t have a grammer program to use like I have on my phone.

› Spring Mood and mental health.
How are you guys? Happy Easter! I know I’m late but we still celebrate Easter in Sweden. Well we don’t celebrate it but many swedes do. Honestly I don’t know how to celebrate Easter except go out and “trick or treat” as you do on Halloween but instead saying “trick or treat” you say “Happy Easter” and receive candy or money. Weird for me and no I’m not taking my son out doing that.
Anyway, let’s continue.
It is official.. Spring is here in Sweden!! The other day as I walked to the bus from school, a little small ladybug flew and sat on my shirt. I noticed it when I was standing at the busstop.

one little bug can make a person happy. It’s officially spring and summer is on its way! So hard to believe it though. Long cold, freezing cold winter is finally over for this time.
I cant wait to the sun, warmth, being able to sunbathing, go for long long walks again. Such a motivation.
I also feel that my mental health is getting a bit better. It is still there but a lot better. Working hard towards recovery is a long way but I have managed to move a few steps forward which makes me so happy. Having bad days is normal though for people and I still have them but I think I’m out of the deepest funk that I have been in. Woho.
Goals for the Spring season; Get better mentally • try lose some weight • work hard in school even though I know im gonna fail this semester but atleast I’m trying • try to become the Emma I use to be ●● oh, start planning for the vacation! So much to plan when traveling with an autistic child.
Do you have any plans for the Spring season?

› Fun facts | least favorite job
In my notepad on my phone I have questions I found online that I thought could he fun to answer here.on my blog. You can get to know me and I can continue be personal and be myself.
Copy the question in bold and make a post with your answer on your blog. Tag me and I will read like and comment 🥰
What was your least favorite job that you’ve ever had?
I have had a few jobs in my life. Just to try something new but also to grow as a person. I have worked in a burger restaurant (not McDonald’s etc) and to be honest, that was the most horrifying experience ever in my life. The sexual harassment, poor work environment, owner being inappropriate with some staff who were minors etc. I left instantly when I saw how it was. I worked on and off for a year (the boss texted the day before work telling it was time to work). Under pay, hard work, etc.
I’ve also worked at a senior home which I liked. I always liked helping people but where I have been has been toxic for me. The employees. Wow. So I left that after so many lies and shit.
Working at the hospital I got “fired” from one place because I had neonred hair. So I was moved to an other location in hospital and I quit because of lies, the staff didn’t take alarms from patients so I had to run and take them and basically work one who department alone while the rest sat down.
Here’s three jobs I had and left. Why? Because I don’t focus on money and rather have a work environment that is not toxic and not giving me stomach ache.
note that I worked at these places for a long time before I left.
