He is supposed to start a free time activity tomorrow but we have to cancel it.
Happy Friday my boos!
Today has been an OK day. The struggle with abstinence of Pepsi Max is real (I’m addicted so while doing my healthy lifestyle turnaround, I’m also working on my addiction) and I can honestly say, I have ONLY had 50cl today! Which is ridiculously little!
My addiction to Pepsi Max is out of control. I drank up to 6 L per day, so imagine how I am now and how I feel with this struggle. It’s working sort of. I wish it could have been easier to just stop all of it instantly.
So far – I am dead proud of myself 👏🏻

Filter for lashes and the heart things. After the walk I had earlier today (read HERE), I actually had a little bit of “home spa night,” which I normally have on Sundays, but today I felt I wanted and needed it.
I was supposed to go to a meeting today, but I had to cancel it on my part (M went on it luckily) due to taking care of E when he has a stuffed nose and is sick. He was supposed to go to school today, but nope, I had to report him sick, so it’s been a… “calm”-ish day. M had worked, came home, and ate. I got ready and went out on the walk at the same time as the grocery shopping. So much needed for my brain and mind. Even though the walk was short—but hey, sunlight, music and frost—I’m not saying no to that (could have skipped the frost and the cold part though)
Tomorrow E is supposed to have his very first hockey practice. J (my friend) is training (again) in hockey, so I have spoken with her, and she checked with her trainer, and E is allowed to train with J and the girls. Sadly, that has to be canceled as well. Hopefully next weekend will work!
today in list;
- I did fall asleep this evening
- I have eaten three carrots with aioli dip (not much) as night snack before bed
- I have watched one episode of 1000lb Best Friends, and I get more and more motivated and inspired.
- Grocery shopping
- Been out on a walk
- Felt proud of myself for the first time in a loooong time
- E asked if I wanted to play with his toy trucks and I dropped everything I did and joined him.
- Messing around on the floor (yes, I lay on the floor. No construction service was needed to call to help me get up of the floor. Lol!)
That’s pretty much my day. Nothing special. We’ll see what happens tomorrow.

Super excited to tell you what the niche is
I saw a question that made me think really hard.. Why you chose your blogging niche? well to be honest, I have been blogging for many years, different blogs, different names etc and I have been all over. Blog chaos, no red thread to follow etc. Which I might struggle with on this blog as well (atleast I struggle with my bad grammar – I’m sorry!) but why did I really picked my niche?

(cartoon filter on) well to be honest lifestyle suits me best because I wanna have a place where I can share my experience, news (good and bad) and have just a place to write on. Lifestyle for me is huge in the category but the best part you do not need one special niche. I love photography but I also love beauty and skincare and having lifestyle as a niche I will be able to post that instead of just focusing on ONE TOPIC. Now I will not have many topics in this blog. Maybe 4 or 5. lifestyle ~ (and daily life) photography, parenting (autism), beauty/skincare, mental health and inspirational posts.
For me important subjects are important to share such as raising awareness about mental health, bullying and autism . How to help, work and go through it. In today’s society it’s (at least where I live) a taboo to talk about these things and I have been through shit tons of things so I know a lot.
Photography ~ share photographs I’ve taken, share info and try keep my spirit up for photography (as you might have notice I always have at lease one photo on each post. taken by me or borrowed) . Share for my adventures, fun moments etc.
Parenting ~ As you know, I’m a mother to a boy named E who has a severe case of Autism. Autism level 3 and is non verbal. // I will share his progress, development and steps forward to the future. Not to seek attention or what so ever but to just remember the moments.
Beauty / Skincare ~ my Instagram has a lot of posts of beauty & skincare but in here I will just include some looks when I wear, information etc. Updates on beauty / skincare part will be on instagram, just like some lifestyle (will update LS on here)
Inspirational posts ~ Everyone need to motivation and inspiration in their life and iam here to share both quotes etc I have written myself and those I found online.

September goals | Blog, Life and weightloss ● nervous but excited

September is coming up and it goes fast! Wow. Can’t believe that it’s soon September and only 3 months left of 2024. That’s crazy!

-2kg part; long story short. I was hysterical of losing weight two years ago when I lost so much in weight on 3 months. My brain didn’t follow the speed as my body shrunk and that wasn’t good. I was a maniac, I barely ate just to lose weight etc. Before my goals were 50kg on 5 months for an example. So now I’m trying to calm my head and take it slow.

My Very Simple Self Care Routine | Looking Fantastic With This On

you can’t always be fabulous and good looking 😎 but sometimes I look extra fabulous! lol! It’s S U N D A Y which means massive well needing home spa night! I try to get in as a routine to have every Sunday have a “me night” with face masks etc. Today I colored my eyebrows. woops! again 🤭 hopefully I don’t need to draw on my eyebrows soon. facemasks, toners, lipscrub, exfoliating etc. Much needed after a hard week of almost daily workouts and stress.
I’m actually very much into skincare and beauty (makeup) but have had super low energy to be able to do the things I like but slowly I’m getting better and I don’t wanna do everything fast and quick incase it knocks me out again (I have been on sick leave (is that the word?) once in my life) and iam terrified for that. I’m used to always push push push and go go go go full time speed with no rest etc but unfortunately the reality kicked me in the butt at the beginning of this year so I’m slowly working myself back to better life with routines, structures etc.
anyhow, self care- skincare- cut the stress down a bit – day today! Excited! I tried a new facemask my husband bought for me 👀 scary thing!

Hello and welcome to my little corner. My name is Emma and iam this restarted new blogger from Sweden. I decided to make this blog to have a corner where I can show my memories, share reviews, updates etc. Just fun stuff but sometimes I will also publish about some serious stuff like my mental health that iam struggling with right now BUT I will try make the blog as fun and full of sunshine as possible.
also, quick note; I’m self taught on English so I apologize in advance for bad grammar and wrong spellings.
Im a mother to a beautiful boy with autism level 3 and he is non verbal. So I will also share some updates on him (but not showing his face because of all kind of reasons, plus his dad doesn’t want to show E (son) online which is understandable and I agree) from school, our social training, learning etc. Fun!
What else? Well I have ADHD so be prepared to see some signs of that. Lol!
I use to have neon red hair and heavy makeup but lately I dyed my hair light brown to let my hair rest so im fighting the urge to not dye it neon red again. I’m a nurse assistant but is studying to change career path so im a full time student on the same as im a SAHM (stay at home mom) and working on my mental health and my health in general.
