What’s the story behind your nickname?
Well honestly, I have had a lot of nicknames in my days but here on the blog I use my real name except Santorini. Reason why I have Santorini is because it has been a dream location for me to visit and one day im going there. Iam determined.
I also like the name “Santorini”.

What are your future travel plans?
How funny that this Daily Prompt thing comes up while iam in Italy. I thought i would answer it. Hopefully you want to comment and tell me your future travel plans, would love to read.
Venice was a spontaneous location to travel to but honestly, I really wanted to go to Santorini, Mykanos (both in Greece) but I also want to go to Spain, Turkey, Dubai, Egypt, Bali, Vietnam and Thailand.
Iam that kind of person who dont want to go on travels just to lay on the beach. I want to explore, see things but actually not the typical “tourist” stuff.
Like now in Italy, I dont go to typical tourist places, I go on alleys, look at old buildings etc. That’s what I like to do. Are you the same or do you prefer relaxing on the beach?
Shopping is also some stuff I do. I actually have started to collect magnets since I was in The Netherlands. So today im on a hunt for a magnet that represent Venice / Venezia. How fun!

What are your two favorite things to wear?
Well I have a pretty “unique ” style as you might have seen.
skirts /oversized shirts is a must. and also hoodies.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
well.. best advice I have ever gotten was from my mother who told me and my siblings growing up “always stand alone with your name on contracts for apartments etc”. with that she meant to never co-sign it with your partner unless it’s about a house, loan and mortgage (if been together for years)
My mom was always scared for us girls (we are 4 sisters and 1 brother) with everything from school to the partners in life we would have. She said this advice to us so we would never become homeless if we ever moved together with our partner.
Our mom also said the same advice but also added sometimes things.. like “if you have kid/s with the partner, you and the kids are protected and have roof over your head”. Which is true.
how about you? Best advice?
this advice may sound weird but I think she got a point. If you break up with your partner you are protected to have a home.

Your life without a computer: what does it look like?
Well, to be honest.. not much. Just regular day as a mom/student/wife. Taking care of household, study, making sure everyone is fed, feels good. has clean clothes etc. But I do use my phone to blog, play games or just relax.
