Silence or background noise – Background noise

Stay calm or panic then solve it – depends on situation.Β Mostly panic mode (ADHD kicks in)
ADHD chaos or functioning adult – ADHD but when it comes to my son; functioning adult
Hold on or let go – Trying to learn to let things go
Comfort zone or chaos zone – learning to leave Comfort zone so let’s go with chaos

I like the thought of a weighted blanket, but like you, I also panic if the blanket weighs too much. So, a regular blanket for me!

Yeah weighted blankets are a nono BUT I have actually found a way to have same effect like one. Use one of those fabric carpets inside a sheet. It’s easier and it gives weight to your body.
