• › 10 Days Later: Still Fighting the Pain After Breaking My Foot

    Hey guys!

So sorry that I haven’t been updating EverFlow like I normally do (texts etc. Like this post), but hopefully that will change soon. No… it will change soon! I also apologize for the lack of communication from my side. I see all your comments and love 🖤 I will answer them as soon as I can! I also want to apologize for not sharing photos yet from my trip but they will come. Be prepared!

How are you guys? Happy new month! (Yeah, I know… we’re already three days into it. 😂)

I hope you’re all doing fantastic. Thriving, growing and, most importantly, being happy!

My main focus lately has actually been my foot and my knee. It hurts so much, but because I’m stubborn I’ve already started walking on my foot again. Do I suffer because of it? Absolutely. Am I supposed to be resting with my foot up? Yep. But is there really time for that? Not really. Housework, mom life… life doesn’t exactly hit the pause button.

Today I have actually challenged myself. Not a small challenge… a big, exhausting one.

Normally it takes me about five minutes to walk to the store and another five minutes back. Today? Twenty minutes each way. Forty minutes in total… and let me tell you, I do not need a gym membership while I’m on these crutches. 😂 That is one thing for sure!

The sweat was definitely sweating, I can assure you. Imagine me jumping around on crutches while E walks at the speed of a cheetah. It was basically Snail vs. Cheetah.

It’s been 10 days now and my foot still hurts. Like I said above… and no, I still haven’t been given any painkillers, no matter how many times I’ve asked.
So to try and ease the pain a little, I bought a pair of compression socks because the area around my toes is getting absolutely destroyed from walking the way I do with the boot.

It actually helped a little… but it also squeezed parts of my foot I didn’t even know existed. 😂 So, of course… more pain. Those socks are TIGHT. Like… “is my blood circulation still working?” tight. I wore one for two days, though. I even fell asleep with it on the first night.

Yep… that’s pretty much my life right now.
I’m just hoping, wishing and praying these next few weeks fly by, because I’m honestly getting pretty tired of being in pain.

  • › What I Wish I Knew During My Darkest Depression

Have you ever had the thought, “If I could go back in time, what would I tell my younger self?”

For me… honestly, this post will be 1000% raw and authentic. The truth will be told here.

    ⚠️ Warning: mentions of

    suicide and self-harm ⚠️

If I’m being honest, I wish I could go back to the time when I was at my deepest depression — when I harmed myself badly, wrote goodbye letters to my mum, and tried so many times to end my life.

I wish I could go back in time and tell my mum not to worry — that I wouldn’t do it. Back when I slept with kitchen knives (not the ones you eat with) under my pillow.

Depression made me awful to my mum. Me harming myself hurt her deeply. I was awful to my siblings too, who dropped everything the second they noticed I was gone. My brother drove back and forth looking for me. My siblings ran around calling my name, trying to find me, terrorized by the calls and the fear of not knowing where I was.

If I could turn back time and know what I know today, I would have stopped.

I would have told younger Emma (yes, that’s my name, but I go by Mii):
Don’t do it. It’s not worth it. You will have your own family one day. You need to stay strong so you can be there for them — and for mum when she gets older.

Or maybe just a few simple words:
    It’s not worth it.

Sorry for such a deep conversation, but I wanted you to know a little bit of my background before sharing what I would have said to my younger self.

What would you have told your younger self?

  • › Safer, But Still Looking Over My Shoulder

Remember the two post i wrote about being scared? About me been keeping a secret from you guys?

    You can read them here;

PART 1The Secret I’ve Been Carrying
PART 2Some Things Stay Private for a Reason

This will be the PART 3

This generated picture of me (my picture but the rest is generated) is showing how I feel right now —  safe, relieved, protected and calm.

I got my new phone number the other day. I feel a little bit more safe. I spoke with the phone company and asked for ultimate private number — due to all the reasons (I have linked them above).

Not only for my safety but also for my son’s safety. I can’t go into too many details because I don’t know if this home — EverFlow — is being watched or read because of the situation, so I constantly have to think a couple of steps ahead.

I still have to look over my shoulder to stay alert and I may be safer now than before, I still can’t completely relax until I know that my son and I are 100% safe.

I wonder when that will happen..

  • › Manifesting the rest of 2026 ✨ The Year of Growth, Healing & Happiness

Romanticize your life, protect your peace, and become the version of yourself you’ve always dreamed of. 🌸

Manifesting for the rest of 2026—the year I choose myself. ✨

2026 is not just about new goals. It’s about a new mindset, new energy, and creating a life that truly feels good. I want this year to be filled with peace, growth, and balance—surrounded by people who bring positivity instead of drama and becoming the version of myself I’ve always dreamed of.

    This year that is left, I’m manifesting;

🌸 A peaceful life with less stress and more happiness
🤍 Genuine friendships and healthy relationships
💸 Financial freedom and enough money to live comfortably
✨ A glow up — inside and out
    🌿 Self-love, healing, and prioritizing self-care
✈️ Vacations, adventures, and unforgettable memories
💪 A healthy body, strong mind, and confidence
📚 Personal growth and motivation to keep improving
😊 Happiness in the little moments every single day

I want to become the person who no longer doubts their worth. The person who takes care of themselves, chases their dreams, and isn’t afraid to live life fully.

Manifestation isn’t just about wishing for things. It’s about believing, taking action, and building habits that bring you closer to the life you want. Small steps every day create big changes over time.

So here’s my reminder for the rest of 2026:
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to keep moving forward. 🌷

What are you manifesting for the rest of 2026? ✨

    ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●

I actually found this picture on Pinterest and honestly, it is exactly what I want with this year that is left.

Nothing crazy but focus on me. This will also be a manifestation for me from now on.
