βΊ Back to School on Crutches | A Little EverFlow Life Update

Hello my spicy and beautiful pumpkins! π€ How are you all? “Long time” no seen.
I am truly exhausted β both mentally and physically!
Jumping on crutches is a pure workout and I am NOT built for workouts. Give me cookies and milk and I will be a happy person. Lol.
Anyway…
The reason why I have been absent is because I have been mentally preparing and struggling with school β yes, I know. Shit happens and I hate it there, but I do it for my son. Not only for him to have after-school care, but also to show him that it’s okay if you don’t graduate high school. You can always get an education later in life.
Monday: First day. Not prepared. Read here; [ link to Monday’s post ]
Tuesday: Went to school for like 1.5 hours. I couldn’t stay for a whole day. I was almost falling asleep in class, couldn’t focus and had a migraine on top of that. I hadn’t slept that night because of massive stomach pain that kept waking me up every 30 minutes. It was awful, and it kept going nonstop the whole Wednesday as well.
Friday [today]: Half day β woho! Love that!
Today we had a test β yes, a test already… first week β and I passed it. Woop!
We also had a “roleplay” where the teacher divided us students into two groups β four in each. We had to do a roleplay where two of the students were preschool kids and two had to be the teachers. One mean teacher and one “good” teacher.
Guess which one I was?
……….. *pause for guessing* ………..
If you guessed the mean one, you are correct!
So me “yelling” and being mean to one of the children β I went all out. I was acting like this horrible, mean teacher.
Wow! Almost so good that I deserve an Oscar!
That’s how good I was. π
After school,
I came home, supposed to do homework, but honestly β all my energy went into going to school and jumping around on crutches. My hands and arms are actually hurting from it, to be honest. It is brutal! I don’t understand how people can do it day in and day out to be honest! You guys are strong!
At least I’m going, which is a miracle for me.
Sure, I get a lot of stares, but I’m rocking those screaming, insanely blue crutches.
They are so ugly! It’s ridiculous.
Tomorrow I will study. I had to do paperwork for the insurance company, Lufthansa and their bullshit and yeah…
Exhausted Miima for sure!
So here is a quick post, quick check-in.
Hi! Here I am! Exhausted but still alive β barely β and ready to post again. Getting back to my routines again!
Thank you so, so much for checking in on EverFlow and for being patient with me. I really appreciate you! SO MUCH! π€
Much love to you, my pumpkins! π€ -
βΊ 10 Days Later: Still Fighting the Pain After Breaking My Foot
Hey guys!
So sorry that I haven’t been updating EverFlow like I normally do (texts etc. Like this post), but hopefully that will change soon. No… it will change soon! I also apologize for the lack of communication from my side. I see all your comments and love π€ I will answer them as soon as I can! I also want to apologize for not sharing photos yet from my trip but they will come. Be prepared!
How are you guys? Happy new month! (Yeah, I know… we’re already three days into it. π)I hope you’re all doing fantastic. Thriving, growing and, most importantly, being happy!
My main focus lately has actually been my foot and my knee. It hurts so much, but because I’m stubborn I’ve already started walking on my foot again. Do I suffer because of it? Absolutely. Am I supposed to be resting with my foot up? Yep. But is there really time for that? Not really. Housework, mom life… life doesn’t exactly hit the pause button.
Today I have actually challenged myself. Not a small challenge… a big, exhausting one.
Normally it takes me about five minutes to walk to the store and another five minutes back. Today? Twenty minutes each way. Forty minutes in total… and let me tell you, I do not need a gym membership while I’m on these crutches. π That is one thing for sure!
The sweat was definitely sweating, I can assure you. Imagine me jumping around on crutches while E walks at the speed of a cheetah. It was basically Snail vs. Cheetah.
It’s been 10 days now and my foot still hurts. Like I said above… and no, I still haven’t been given any painkillers, no matter how many times I’ve asked.
So to try and ease the pain a little, I bought a pair of compression socks because the area around my toes is getting absolutely destroyed from walking the way I do with the boot.
It actually helped a little… but it also squeezed parts of my foot I didn’t even know existed. π So, of course… more pain. Those socks are TIGHT. Like… “is my blood circulation still working?” tight. I wore one for two days, though. I even fell asleep with it on the first night.
Yep… that’s pretty much my life right now.
I’m just hoping, wishing and praying these next few weeks fly by, because I’m honestly getting pretty tired of being in pain. -
βΊ Manifesting the rest of 2026 β¨ The Year of Growth, Healing & Happiness

Romanticize your life, protect your peace, and become the version of yourself youβve always dreamed of. πΈ
Manifesting for the rest of 2026βthe year I choose myself. β¨
2026 is not just about new goals. Itβs about a new mindset, new energy, and creating a life that truly feels good. I want this year to be filled with peace, growth, and balanceβsurrounded by people who bring positivity instead of drama and becoming the version of myself Iβve always dreamed of.
This year that is left, I’m manifesting;πΈ A peaceful life with less stress and more happiness
π€ Genuine friendships and healthy relationships
πΈ Financial freedom and enough money to live comfortably
β¨ A glow up β inside and out
πΏ Self-love, healing, and prioritizing self-care
βοΈ Vacations, adventures, and unforgettable memories
πͺ A healthy body, strong mind, and confidence
π Personal growth and motivation to keep improving
π Happiness in the little moments every single day
I want to become the person who no longer doubts their worth. The person who takes care of themselves, chases their dreams, and isnβt afraid to live life fully.
Manifestation isnβt just about wishing for things. Itβs about believing, taking action, and building habits that bring you closer to the life you want. Small steps every day create big changes over time.
So hereβs my reminder for the rest of 2026:
You donβt need to have everything figured out. You just need to keep moving forward. π·
What are you manifesting for the rest of 2026? β¨βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ
I actually found this picture on Pinterest and honestly, it is exactly what I want with this year that is left.
Nothing crazy but focus on me. This will also be a manifestation for me from now on.

βΊ Confidence Feels Different Now
Trying to reconnect with confidence I used to have.

Even though I smile infront of the camera, I struggle. After a while, I finally did my makeup again.
People were staring at me while I was walking down the street on my way to pick up my son.
Honestly?
I donβt care. Sorta.
Iβm alternative, and when I finally have both the energy and the time to do my makeup, I do it.
Todayβs look was black, brown, and red around the eyes.
Iβm also trying to step out of my comfort zone by wearing black eyeshadow again as a plus size woman.
A few years ago, after losing 40 kg, I used to wear dark makeup all the time and felt amazing and confident. With filters? Sure. But real life feels different sometimes.
Todayβ¦ I donβt feel that confidence the same way anymore.
At least not outside.
Plus size can also be alternative. But today, I didn’t go all out. Just a little. -
βΊ Sleep deprived and sleepwalking
A night without sleep and.. a sleepwalking child?
This night is not going well for me. I can’t sleep (writing this post, it’s 3am), and my son has woken up several times and come to our bed, so I have walked him back to his and laid down next to him.
All of a sudden, he sits up. I try to make him lie down again, but no. After like 10 minutes he lay down again. He talks in his sleep, and boom, at 2.50am he gets up. Go to the living room and start packing his backpack. I followed him and tried to get him to come back to bedβno success.
Packed his bag and say, “Now let’s go,” and go to the entrance hallway. I had tried for several minutes to get him back to bed, and when he said that, I answered him, “Yes, to the bed,“ and here we are now.
I wonder why and when it happened. Has it happened before? While I have been sleeping? I have never seen E walk in his sleep or anything so. Note that the whole apartment is completely pitch black, and he walks around with no problem.
Due to me not being able to sleep, my eyes have adjusted to the minimum of lights.
So now I’m in his bed, trying to get him to fall asleep, but no success. At this rate, it won’t be any school for me.
