Greek Yogurt & Berry Parfait

Ingredients:

1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp granola (optional)

Instructions:

Layer half the yogurt in a glass or bowl.

Add half the berries on top.

Drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup.

Repeat layers.

Sprinkle granola on top for crunch (optional).

Calories: Approx. 200 per serving
