Turkey & Veggie Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
200g ground turkey (lean)
1 small carrot, grated
1 small zucchini, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground turkey until browned.
Add grated carrot and zucchini, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and wrap.
