Turkey & Sweet Potato Skillet
Calories per meal: ~400
Macros: High protein, moderate carbs, low fat
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp paprika, cumin, garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté sweet potatoes until soft.
- Add turkey and cook until browned.
- Add veggies and spices; cook until tender.
- Portion into containers and refrigerate.
