Meal prep tips for successful weight loss

Turkey & Sweet Potato Skillet

Calories per meal: ~400
Macros: High protein, moderate carbs, low fat

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika, cumin, garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté sweet potatoes until soft.
  2. Add turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add veggies and spices; cook until tender.
  4. Portion into containers and refrigerate.
