Meal prep tips for successful weight loss
Greek Yogurt Parfait (Breakfast Prep)
Calories per meal: ~300
Macros: High protein, low fat, low-moderate carbs
Ingredients (for 5 days):
- 2.5 cups plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, non-fat or low-fat)
- 1.25 cups berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 5 tbsp chia seeds or granola
- Optional: cinnamon, honey (use sparingly)
Instructions:
- In small jars or containers, layer:
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or granola
- Store in fridge. Keeps well for 4–5 days.
